Email 1: connect one specific detail about the prospect to a problem we solve. One sentence about us. Then the ask.
Email 2: a short, useful idea for them, with no pitch in the first two sentences. Then the ask again, worded differently.
Email 3: a polite close-the-loop email that makes "not now" an easy answer.
For each email, give the subject line and the body. Mark anything you assumed about the prospect as [CHECK: assumption]. Don't claim results or clients that aren't in the brand brief.
